INTRODUCING THE NEW S&W BRATT PAN

S&W have introduced our latest range of Bratt Pans which provides maximum cooking flexibility together with ease of operation, total control and consistently exceptional results 

The term Bratting is usually applied to the rapid sealing of meats, vegetables and other products, so as to retain flavours and juices prior to cooking.

S&W Bratt Pans can be used for shallow frying, stewing, braising, poaching, boiling or as a griddle for a wide range of food products. These units have a flat bottom with a full jacket for High Pressure Steam or Thermal Oil or alternately, for sites without this facility, the Bratt Pans can be Electrically Heated via elements on the underside ensuring an efficient and even distribution of heat across the whole cooking surface area eliminating hot/cold spots and producing consistent high temperatures.
